The Aview Villa is fully equipped and is rented on a per night basis for the
Villa.

| ZAR 6 000 to 18 000 / per night
for the Villa. |
| The rate for the Villa is
negotiable and depends on the length of stay,
number of occupants and time of year. |
A 50% deposit is required on confirmation. The balance along with a 10% or
ZAR 5000 (whichever the greater) breakages deposit,
is required on or before arrival.
